December 2025	By 06/12/2025 - Centres to complete and sign off VTQ Head of Centre declaration form (provided all information is in order) From 07/12/2025 - 木瓜直播 to chase any centres with outstanding VTQ HOC declarations By 10/12/2026 - Centres Internal Assessment (IAMIS) submission deadline and upload of samples of evidence 17/12/2026 - 木瓜直播 chase any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes
January 2026	By 13/01/2026 - 木瓜直播 chase any centres with outstanding samples of evidence (subject teams / external moderators) From 16/01/2026 - 木瓜直播 to chase any centres with missing scripts From 20/01/2026 - 木瓜直播 request additional / second samples of work for upload to assist with external moderation (subject teams / external moderator) 22/01/2026 - 木瓜直播 chase any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes for a final time before escalation
February 2026	By 27/02/2026 - Any outstanding HOC declaration, missing script or internal assessment submissions and escalations resolved
March 2026	05/03/2026 - Centres release VTQ results to candidates

May 2026	Centres to complete and sign off Head of Centre declaration form by 01/05/2026 木瓜直播 to present centres with entries for checking (not previously listed) on 02/05/2026 Centre鈥檚 Internal Assessment (IAMIS) submission deadline and upload of samples of evidence by 05/05/2026 木瓜直播 to follow-up any centres with outstanding samples of evidence by 13/05/2026 木瓜直播 to follow-up any centres with missing scripts from 21/05/2026 木瓜直播 request additional / second samples of work for upload to assist with external moderation from 21/05/2026
